Ware Shoals Football Moves Friday's Game to Thursday Due to Severe Weather Forecast
Due to the forecast of thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, and possible tornado warnings associated with Tropical Storm Francine, Ware Shoals High School has made the decision to reschedule our home game originally set for Friday, September 13th. The game will now take place on
Thursday, September 12th at 7pm.
We will still proudly recognize the game as "Patriot Day" and invite all First Responders—EMTs, paramedics, police officers, and firefighters—to attend in uniform and receive free admission as a token of our appreciation for your service. Please note that family members accompanying First Responders will be required to pay regular admission prices.
Additionally, we are honored to invite all uniformed First Responders to be recognized on the field prior to kickoff and to help form the tunnel for the players as they take the field. Your participation will make this event even more special, and we look forward to celebrating your contributions to our community.
