Each year, Solicitor Stumbo teaches diversion program participants the importance of SERVICE ABOVE SELF by accepting school supplies as a part of their restitution. Shown here is board member Dan Branyon presenting the checks to Dr. Sprouse, Chair of the Hall of Fame Committee and Coach Chris Johnston, WSSD Athletic Director.
